I’m basically over by 1,720 calories. Fat fat fat fat!!!!!!!!!! W/e I can do this.
If I’m trying to do 1200 a day….if I deduct it by 123 for the next 14 days I’ll be ok with evening out what I overate. So 1077 a day for the next two weeks. I know being out of town had to contribute to me breaking my limit.
Its not technically Friday yet but I want to try to plan some meals. I’ll be going to the gym today as well. Wish me luck!!

Ok update: it’s end of the day and didn’t go with the plan. I’m a little bummed about it, but it was worth it. I got to catch up with 3 wonderful friends. Counting the last 36hrs I’m over by 189(yesterdays) 711+250(last night)

Every damn thinspo blog I go on…just makes me feel even grosser. Some of these girls are eating less than 400 calories a day and here I am struggling to eat no more than 1200. Fuck.
Well today is one week with not binging, I mean I did have episodes this last week were I wasn’t hungry or was eating emotionally but it doesn’t come close to my real binges, where I could eat more than 3k calories in a sitting. I can’t believe I put such crap in my body. I should be kinder to my body and if I am to binge, I should binge on healthy foods. Ok so now down to my food intake :/

Caught up with an old friend and of course we went out to eat. I had to have my favorite which I’ve been craving forever!!! Cajun Tator Tots…and yes I know that’s gonna be a shit load of calories. I’m going to put them towards tomorrows intake. I’m suppose to meet up with two other friends tomorrow, and we’ll be grabbing lunch/ then dinner together. First friend I’ll be meeting up with eats healthier and I could get away with getting tea and a salad and not feel awkward.
Before I forget I worked out for an hr today :) woo
I ate things today that I shouldve not eaten. First halva, then apiece of chocolate, then chocolate wafers, and a chocolate biscuit/cupcake thing, pineapple. Not counting the halva that’s 525 so far. Fuck, halva has a lot of calories too. I’m not sure how much to count for. Maybe 400- or 500, so thatll be a 925-1025 total for the day. I slept all day too. I’m not sure what’s up with me. I’m still I’m binge mode too, I so just want to go to the kitchen and eat all my moms sweets. Worst thing about half the things I ate is, it had wheat. And wheat is the most intolerable to my IBS. I always fuck with myself like that. I know I should eat it cause it causes me pain but I still do it. I’m in binge mode. And gave in, 280 added ate more wafers. 1205- 1305 for the day. But I WILL go to the gym tomorrow. No buts about it.
